Estate agents fees are known to vary significantly and can often lead to awkward negotiating and haggling. Frank prefers to keep things transparent and fair, we therefore charge the same basic fee to all our clients, irrespective of the property price or location.

Who is Frank?
Often referred to as a pipe-dream, Frank Estate Agency was founded in early 2020 by Natalie Ward-Kerr. Having spent a number of years working for a large corporate estate agency, it became distinctively apparent to her what an important role an estate agent can play at such a significant time for most buyers and sellers but more interestingly what a difference an agent who actually cares can make.
Having helped hundreds of people move home, it became obvious that clients recognised that Natalie was very different to other agents, that she really did care and that her transparent method of working with everyone was quite simply, refreshingly FRANK.
Our goal at Frank is to maintain an ethical approach to everything property related, not the garish target driven culture that fuels a majority of the macho estate agency industry.
